The crate washer from TumbleJet comes in Solo and Duo versions. While one crate is being cleaned from both inside and outside, you can remove the clean crate and prepare a new dirty one. This doubles the washing speed.
All machines are equipped with an electric water pump that requires a minimum of 200 liters per minute, and the water is used at 20 bar pressure in the machine. The water supply can come directly from a source on the premises or via a buffer tank.
The cubic crate is cleaned both from the inside and outside. A rotating wash head cleans the inside of the crate. This wash head is characterized by low water consumption with a constant, high-quality result. It is important that the water pressure is not too high to avoid damaging the wood, which often happens during manual cleaning with a steam cleaner. Washing crates this way has no adverse effects on their lifespan! Flat jet nozzles clean the outside of the crate. Through program selection on the touchscreen, the intensity can be chosen in four steps. If the crate is only dusty, a short wash program is sufficient. The most intensive program cleans even the dirtiest crates.
